I love lipstick but can't wear it very often without my lips chapping. Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer gives you color AND the protection of a lip balm. I love the skinny tubes and you can't beat the price.  The Lip Shimmer comes in a variety of natural shades and anyone can find a flattering color.
