Chronic lip chapper, frequent kisser, only buys products not tested on animals

    Ooooh ... tingly!, indistinguishable from lipstick, Slick, not gooey

The tinted balm seems to be even more soothing than the untinted varieties from this company. When my lips are really chapped, they feel better immediately when I use this product. I also like the subtle color, though it does tend to bleed more than regular lipstick. I advise using the tinted balm sparingly.
