Pros

    no odor, cheap $3, Burt's Bee's = good stuff, Slick, not gooey, Made only of good things, Ooooh ... tingly!, Lots of different colors, No flavor

Cons
    doesn't help chapped lips

Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers — 

These lipsticks feel great on your lips, and the colors are also really nice. I ended up buying one of each and I almost always have one in my pocket, and a few spares in my purse. They give a slight tingle to your lips, which I really like.
