    Smells great, Natural ingredients, Leaves my cuticles soft and smooth, Soothes cracked and irritated hands

This says for cuticles and it works good for massaging and pushing back your cuticles, but I mostly use it all over my hands for winter chapped hands.  It doesn't wash off easy, and stays on for a long period of time.  Really it's like lip balm on your lips only it's your hands.  I love it and can't go without it now.  Smells good too, and doesn't taste funky if say you put your fingers in your mouth or prepare food or something.
