 I am a high school art teacher who washes hands constantly.  I am also a mom of three with a husband who washes/rinses dishes, cleans, etc.  all night and weekend.  After developing an unsightly, itchy cracking rash on my hands, I was diagnosed with Psoriasis.  I used this product at first because I was searching for natural products that would not irritate my hands any further.  I love the fresh, pungent smell of the creme (actually more like an ointment).  It is quite greasy, so I reserve its use for night time.  I simply masssage a small amount on each cuticle an let it soak in during the night.  It not only softens the cuticles & hannails but seems to strengthen the nail as well.
