My Experience With This Toner
This toner is for more mature skin and I can tell because it isn't drying at all. It is somewhat oily in texture. The toner is clear and smells faintly of roses. I am not in love with the rose scent, but it fades quickly and isn't offensive. I use this toner on a cotton ball after cleansing my face.
