Quick View: This is a gentle toner that I don't need but may be right for you. It's a good one for sensitive skin.
My Experience With This Toner
This toner is for more mature skin and I can tell because it isn't drying at all. It is somewhat oily in texture. The toner is clear and smells faintly of roses. I am not in love with the rose scent, but it fades quickly and isn't offensive. I use this toner on a cotton ball after cleansing my face. I don't see much dirt or residue on the ball but I do feel a veil of softness on my face. I am not sure if I like that feeling or not but I do have dry skin in the winter and moisture is always a good thing. If I use too much, though, my face feels sticky. I follow up with my usual moisturizer and my skin feels fine. I tried just using the toner and skipping the moisturizer but I need more hydration that any toner can give me.
This didn't sting or burn and it caused no breakouts. I just don't need it. My cleanser does a great job and my other products all work in sync. However, if I were to use a toner, I may try this one since it doesn't strip my skin (I used to use SeaBreeze!) and doesn't contain harsh chemicals. I think this may be a refreshing toner in the summer after cleansing when I don't need a heavy day cream and I will try it again on hot days.
