I originally got this as a sample through burtsbees.com a while back. It was unlike anything I had used before. It came in a glass perfume sample container and just blew me away. It worked so well that I went out and bought a full size product as soon as the sample was empty. The full size product comes in a glass container with a roller ball tip. It is rolled across the skin to apply the product. I used it on whiteheads and those deep under the skin blemishes. It made them dry up and shrink and reduced the redness by the end of the day on the first use. It drys very quickly when applied and goes on evenly and in a thin layer because of the unique roller ball tip. I scratched my chin (where I have severe acne) and then applied the Burt's Bees Blemish Stick on my entire chin area and it did not cause my cut to burn or sting as I would have expected it to. This is a giant plus because I have a bad habit of picking at my acne leaving open spots. It does not sting when applied to open blemishes have to warn you though, it does have quite a unique smell to it, kind of like really strong black liquorice. I personally do not mind it that much, but my boyfriend hates the smell. I will continue to use this product and in fact keep it with me in my purse. Yes, it's that convienant!
