Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm Review Summary

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is a big hit for Burt's Bees. Our reviewers love it! This natural lip balm softens, hydrates, and heals chapped lips while making them tingle. Alihb33 says, "Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is amazing - it's the only lip balm I use and works like a charm." The minty scent is loved as well by our reviewers. Although Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is a tad pricey for a drugstore balm, it's worth it because it really hydrates even the driest lips, say our budget conscious reviewers. GretchenA says, "I can't live without Burt's Bees Lip Balm." Are you a lip balm junkie? Take a look at all of our lip balm reviews! You are not alone.

I love this product.  All natural, good for you, good for the environment.  What's best is that no animals were killed or tortured for the making of this product.  I keep a tube in my car, my truck, my husbands truck, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, on my desk, and in my coat pocket.  Especially...

I've been trying to switch over as many of my daily products to organic and cruelty-free ones.  As a lip-balm addict, I try everything new that I see which is how I wound up with a tube of Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm

This tube of lip balm is not tested on animals and the packaging contains 50% recycled...

We sell a lot of Bert's Bees products where I work so I have had a chance to try out many of them, so far I love almost all of them.  Not very many years ago you had to go to your local hippy health food store to find anything by Burt’s Bees but these days it's everywhere!  The increased availability seems to have lowered the prices, Yea!

The original Burt's Bees lip balm has become a staple for me!   As a kid growing up in cold dry Michigan I always had a tube of Blistex in the pocket of my winter coat, then I tried this minty gem and I'll never go back.  It has that great mint tingle that...

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is a great way to protect your lips from chapping any time of the year.  It is made from "all natural" ingredients, which in my book is a good thing.  The less chemicals in it, the better it is for me, my family and the environment.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm comes in a tube like other lip balms on the market (reviewed here) and also a little tin.  The balm helps keep lips moisturized and to prevent chapping when used on a regular basis.  However, if you find yourself with dry, cracked lips, Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm will also soothe...

I have been using Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm for years and it's the best lip balm I have ever used.  It keeps my lips smooth and moisturized.  I love the minty flavor. The only problem with this is that I can't get enough!  I use it all the time and always give it as part of a gift for my friends and family. I would recommend this product to everyone I know and I quite often do!   It's all natural and that makes me feel really good whenever I buy it.                                                                                              ...

Let me tell you a little bit about this product, this lip preparation is the ultimate three-in-one moisturizer. Not only 1 but 3. It combines high gloss, incredible moisture and long-lasting breath freshening with a refreshing, minty, cooling sensation. Can be worn under or over lip color. I mostly wear it over my lip gloss or alone. It is fragrance-free, contains active levels of therapeutic apothecary ingredients, however it is not tested on animals and contains no artificial colorants. I love this lipgloss! It's soothing to your lips, smells good and is super high gloss. I use it everyday...

I will only use lip balms that are made out of all natural ingredients and don't contain parabens or any petroleum products.  I consider myself to be a lip balm connoisseur because I have literally tried over 30 kinds of lip balm.  I prefer either minty or fruity lip balms, so when I heard that Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm was really minty, I had to try it!

If this lip balm wasn't so thick and waxy, it would be one of the best.  I love it because it is made with natural ingredients, and because it is nice and minty which makes your lips tingle.  Unfortunately, it is very thick and waxy...

Out of all the lip protectants I've tried Burt's Bees really is one of the best.  In fact, I would say that it ties with Soft Lips to be the best stick lip balm.  I had to get used to the effervescentness and the smell of it but I now will definitely continue to use this product.  I have not tried the potted balm as I am not into potted lipglosses.  But I'm sure the product is the same if you prefer that type of application. It's a little costly compared to regular chap stick but I feel that it is worth it.

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is amazing - it's the only lip balm I use and works like a charm. I have one in the pocket of every coat I own, one in the car, one in the purse, two at work, one in my backpack, one on my desk and one next to my bed. Excessive? Yes! But I'm sure you know what it's like to have chapped lips and no access to balm...
I've tried the other flavors, and they're very good, but I'm more of a peppermint girl. The tingly feeling is amazing, though I know some people don't like it - makes me feel like it is really working though. Sometimes I get overly enthusiastic and rub my...

As a total lip balm junkie, I really don't get what all the fuss is about Burt's Bees. I have a couple friends with similar balm-craving dispositions who absolutely swear by it. I've tried it before and everything about it is not for me. For one, I'm not wild about the taste. Two, the waxy consistency is annoying to me and causes me to constantly rub my lips together. It feels very filmy on my lips, whereas most of my other lip balms I am hardly aware of. Thirdly, it actually feels as if it dries my lips out more frequently than much cheaper brands. I like my lip balm on the greasier side, but...

My sister recommended it because she can't live without it.  I tried hers and have been hooked ever since.  My mom got me a pack of several different flavors of it for Christmas last year.  It had the original, honey, and pommegrante.  I loved the honey, but the pommegrante tastes like soap.  It leaves a weird aftertase.  I say, don't mess with the original!!  I love it.  I have pretty sensitive skin as well, and flavored lip balms sometimes make me itch, and this has never irritated my face, so it is definitely a keeper!!

Not that this needs another endorsement, but I'm a newbie so I thought I'd start out here...  I can't live without Burt's Bees Lip Balm.  It's a good foundation for lipstick and lipgloss.  I don't leave the house without it; I buy two and three at a time and keep them throughout the house and in every purse.  I even keep one in the car (except for the dog days of the Texas summer!)  I give them as gifts, stocking stuffers, etc.  I'm so glad you can find it in almost every store now.  I heart Burt's Bees Lip Balm!

If someone asked me to suggest a great chapstick, Burts Bees Lip Balm would be my answer. I have been using this for years and I will never get sick of it. It not only conditions my lips, it makes them feel cold, refreshed and smell good too. A tube ranges from about $3-$4, but it is definitely worth it because it is a great lip balm. At times I will put this on my lips before I apply a colored lip gloss and it blends it out very nicely.

I love my Burts!  It's all I use!  It's the best lip balm I've used.  The only thing I don't like is that I feel that I have to re-apply it very often.  But overall I love Burts products and cosmetics.  I only wish they still made them!
