Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm is a great product.  It keeps lips soft and moisturized without the waxy feeling.  Although it's a little pricey, it's worth buying.  I used to buy Chap-stick brand lip balms but they felt too greasy and waxy.  They would also leave a film on my lips if it stayed on for awhile.  I keep this lip balm in my locker at work and will apply it before I head inside the facility and won't reapply it until I step out, several hours later.  The whole time I'm working, my lips feel moisturized and trust me, I work in a place that dries all the moisture in the air!  When I go to reapply, I never have to worry about having a film over my lips.
