Pros

    works quickly, basic colors, Not tested on animals, works wonders on dry cracked lips, No animals died for this product, no greasy residue, Nothing artificial, heals and softens chapped lips, softens lips, minty scent, tingles, wonderful smell and taste, All natural, easily absorbed

Cons
    a little pricy but worth it

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm — 

I am soooo thrilled about burt's bees lip shimmer.  the colors are great and not so vast on the color wheel.  I like to pick out the basic shade.... thank you.  Also, when I apply the lip shimmer my lips feel and taste wonderful.  I am a sufferer of cold sores, and this is an easy way to maintain maximum lip treatment and look good at the same time!  I'll always buy burt's bees lip shimmer.
