One winter my lips were exteremly dry.  I mean they were peeling off.  I tried many different lip balms and none of them worked.  I even used lip masks and conditioned my lips.  Finially I tried Burt's Beeswax lip balm and it worked!  My lips were smooth in about a week.  I was amazed that such a cheap thing could work so well.
