    soothes dry, sore lips, rich, Not Tested On Animals, inexpensive, mostly natural

Burt's Lip Balm is the best I've used. Other balms seem to waer off or even worsen the problem! Burt's is soothing and heals the chapping!  The best part is it is a great company to support, mostly natural product [feel good about what's on your mouth!], and free of animal cruelty!
