Burt's Bees Beeswax & Banana Hand Creme —
My husband is a doctor who uses alcohol for disinfecting and washes his hands many times in the day. In the winter he gets really badly chapped fingertips from the cold and from the above practices at work. I bought him the hand repair kit from Burt's bees, including this repair creme. From the first use he said he felt soothed and felt like it was improving (his skin was cracked and painful up to this point). After two or three applications his skin was healed. It is still winter, and neither of us have been vigilant about re-applying, but his skin has improved and has not gotten so dry and cracked as before. I would highly recommend this product for dry, cracked skin repair, NOT for every day lotioning. It is very thick and greasy, but for a repairing application this is necessary.
