I buy alot of my kids clothing at burlington coat factory because they have a baby depot.one time my son and me went to the mall and did not have a stroler so I just bought a new umba stroler for a little over 10.00 they have every name brand clothing Item I can think of and I usually get pretty good... review »

I must share my feedback.

For years I have been a customer, used to the good customer service and friendly associates on the West coast (CA and OR).

Recently I relocated to Chicago IL and...what a surprise !!! 

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The associates treat customers...

   In getting involved with my local community theater, I have to do my best to get supplies under budget since the group is just starting out. While looking for costume pieces, I stopped at the Burlington Coat Factory and found what I needed for more than half of the prices I had budgeted!

   I browsing around, I coudn't help but look at some prices on items for myself and found many great deals!

I was helping my sister look for maternity wear, registry locations, and gift ideas for her impending shower....Burlington Coat factory has great items at reasonable prices.  There is some variation between stores, so if you like it when you see it---buy it!  If you are soon-to-be mom, party planner, or gift giver Baby Depot is the place to go!   You can also find many other shopping items here....like cute decor for the baby's room, fun clothes for all the family, and great all-season jackets.  Locations at Stratford Mall, North Riverside, and Glen Ellyn are all great.

Love thoer name brand clothes at discount prices, I wish they variety incorporated selctions from other cities but an overall great place to shop!
