I must share my feedback.
For years I have been a customer, used to the good customer service and friendly associates on the West coast (CA and OR).
Recently I relocated to Chicago IL and...what a surprise !!!
Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The associates treat customers with ignorance. No "Hi", no "Buy", miserable faces, making me feel just like I want something for free, or as though I am interrupting their peace.
My observations: There are not enough cashiers during lunch breaks,
Long lines
Usually several employees standing around, socializing in their home language.
I cannot believe this is the same company that I know from the West coast.
Training how to treat customer should be a priority.
