A place only a kid would love

This restaurant is conveniently located across from a movie theatre on West 23rd Street, but it's worth it to go a farther distance for a better meal. We sat down and the waitress then wiped down the table for us. The waitress then told us all of the items they didn't have that night, which covered what I had planned to order. Once we did order, it took forever for our food, but we coudn't really converse while we waited because the noise level was deafening. I mean, a place called "Burgers and Cupcakes" can NOT be bad! It's a fun environment, and has delicious stuff on the menu (aka... burgers and cupcakes). It's great cause it is right in my neighborhood. Is it the experience of a lifetime? No. But it is not bad!
