A place only a kid would love

This restaurant is conveniently located across from a movie theatre on West 23rd Street, but it's worth it to go a farther distance for a better meal. We sat down and the waitress then wiped down the table for us. The waitress then told us all of the items they didn't have that night, which covered what I had planned to order. Once we did order, it took forever for our food, but we coudn't really converse while we waited because the noise level was deafening. My burger arrived, but my fries didn't until halfway through the meal. We skipped trying any cupcakes because we were fed up and also worried that even with 30 minutes until our movie, if we ordered anything else, we might not make it in time.
