What a fun idea!

eating out weekly, expecting good, fair service, appreciative of good service, interested in cultural experiences

    Fun atmosphere, An entire restaurant of comfort food!!!

I mean, a place called "Burgers and Cupcakes" can NOT be bad!  It's a fun environment, and has delicious stuff on the menu (aka... burgers and cupcakes).  It's great cause it is right in my neighborhood.  Is it the experience of a lifetime?  No.  But it is not bad!
