I don't know what I would do without this coffee maker, I run a little coffee shop out of my mother-in-law suite. Without this coffee brewer I dont think I could keep up withe the morning orders. My shop is only open for six hours, 5am to 11am, but during that time I end up brewing arount 20 pots of coffee, not including the ones I dump and rebrew if they have been sitting more than a half an hour. With this coffee maker though, I can make a pot of coffee and have another one all ready to go while the other is brewing. It truly is very convienent for home use, office use, or coffee shop use. Brew Performance This coffee pot sure does make very delicious coffee that brews fast and very well, this machine sure does not make weak coffee. It even has a strongness setting so you can make the strongest, blackest coffee you have ever had, or a nice brown colored smoother less-strong brew. Ease of Cleaning Cleaning this machine is very easy, you just rinse out the pots and wipe out the part where the coffee grounds go and you are done. It really is very simple and one of the easiest coffee maker I have ever owned, and I have owned quite a few.

When we got this huge coffee pot we got it simply because our huge base of family and friends are constantly making coffee in the smaller home style units. We got this one to save time and wear and tear on the little tiny units. In most cases a normal coffee pot lasts about 2 months in our household. This is due to the fact that they never get down time. The Bunn Coffee Maker has really been well worth the money spent and the effort of making room for it. Brew Performance This coffee maker makes a pot of coffee in about 48 seconds and has the next tank of water hot in less than five minute ready to make the next one. This is important to us as we keep our coffee pot running from early morning to very late in the evenings most day. Ease of Cleaning The overall unit is stainless steel and is very easy to clean and maintain, the Pyrex pots supplied with the unit are little awkwardly shaped at the pour spout but does not hinder cleaning or performance. Ease of Use This coffee maker is extremely easy to use it has a large easy tot remove and replace filter , you never have to touch the wet used filter. The filter cup is designed in such a way as when you flip it it tosses the filter away from the cup with no chance of stray coffee grounds remaining behind to spoil the next pot. Design It's made very well, it is a bit large for my taste but I understand it must be large to hold the preheated water in the reservoir. Durability Upon writing this review, may coffee maker has had no problems or defects. I have had it running about 16 hours a day for the last 8 months. I would have to say it is fairly durable

This industrial srength coffee maker is overall an excellent choice for the office. We use it at my unit and it works well. You have to be careful and drink the coffee within an hour as it will burn the coffee but most coffee makers do that. It is good because we can put the excess coffee up top while we make more and we use this one when we have 10 people or so drinking because for more than that we use the really big coffee maker. Brew Performance It brews quickly and effectively. I find the noise it makes comforting and depending on the type of coffee you are brewing you can smell the fresh coffee smell as it is being made which is an added bonus. Ease of Cleaning You do use a filter on this one so you just throw it away and wash out the pot and the filter holder and wipe the product down. So long as no one spills the coffee when they are pouring it, this coffee maker is easy to clean. Ease of Use Unlike some coffee makers, this product is easy to use. You just fill it with water and add the right amount of coffee to the filter and let it go and then switch out the pots. Design It is a good heavy duty design. It may not look as fashionable as some of the more modern makers but it is an old reliable brand and make. Durability We use this coffee maker quite a bit and it has never broken down on us. It is reliable and heavy duty reliable.

I wanted a coffeemaker that would give me the restaurant quality coffee and so went with the Bunn. It is perfect for looks, taste, durability, quality, assistance, looks and performance. When company sees that you have a Bunn, you will be the talk of the town!!! Everyone knows its coffee when it is a BUNN!!! Brew Performance From the moment I first used the Bunn, the quality of coffee was so much more smoother, aromatic and tastier! Ease of Cleaning It was not hard to clean and it did not take very long either. It has its own tools! :) Ease of Use Have to give it a 10! Not only does it allow you to automatically set it up, but it has 2 stations so once the first pot is near empty, start brewing so next one is ready when you are!!! Design I really like the looks of Bunn. Surprisingly even as a two station unit, it still can fit into a relatively small space. Durability This is one of the reasons I chose the Bunn. When I researched them, I learned the company stands behind their product. You can even call in and they will give you assistance either by phone or online.

Makes it easy on wait staff to keep cups full, it will defiantly Keep the java flowing at your cafe' or diner nice hot and ready for your customers or staff. Brew Performance Could be a little faster but really can't complain as long as you do your part this machine will do its part and then some. Ease of Cleaning Kind of a pain to clean but its size aids in its cleaning and a clean coffee maker is always worth the great tasting coffee. Ease of Use This is a no brainer, Super easy to use, as well as easy to train people to use I mean serious a monkey would have no trouble making coffee with this machine. Design Gotta love that top burner it's Geat for keeping decaf, reg, or just plain water piping hot and ready to serve Nobody ever complains of cold coffee. Durability Ours went through more employees than I can remember and is still working like a champ as far as I know they are still using it to serve my coffee and when the mood hits me hot water for tea.

My office uses our Bunn Pour-Over 12-Cup Coffee Maker daily. Whether we're making hot water for tea, or coffee for a crowd, this is the speediest model for sure. Simply pour a pot of water in the opening on top of the machine, and flip the switch. Your coffee will begin brewing immediately, and you'll have a pot in 5 minutes or less. The hardest part is waiting for it to finish filling! The pots that come with the machine are a good quality, and helpfully color coded for regular and decaf. Most important to remember is that you must never unplug your coffee maker, as that allows the water, which is kept at a constant temperature, to cool. This will make your first pot lukewarm when you turn it back on. Yuck! Don't be alarmed by the loud noise that will periodically come from the machine - that's the heating element making sure the water is hot. Also, if you haven't used the machine for a few days, you may need to add extra water - it evaporates over time. Make sure you close the top flap to minimize this. Brew Performance Speedy and nice and hot! Ease of Cleaning The filter tray removes with no mess. Ease of Use just pour the water and go! Design Easy to use. Durability Nothing's broken yet!

We drink alot of coffee in our house and this is the perfect solution for two brands of coffee per person. Also very nice to have burner on top for fresh pot brewing as well. It keeps a pot hot as another one is brewing which is perfect for the morning time. My husband has a thermos and fits whole pot of coffee so as soon as hs is done mine starts and then new pot ready to go. Very fast and efficnt. As far as brewing time, goes pretty standard its not super quick brew but sure can get the pot finished in a few shrot minutes and I would totally recommend this to any serious coffee drinker or perfect for business. We have also used this for parties and family get togethers which comes in handy. Very easy to serve many people an d also keep a fresh pot ready on stand-by. Over all this is one of the best coffee makers i have encountered and i wouldnt trade it for the world! Design i would have set up a little it different design but over all very well

This product is overall a good working machine has a few flaws but more positive than negative. Brew Performance It brews well at times it can become a clog and seems to drip slow. Ease of Cleaning not easy to clean has that spring you stick up a small hole.Hard to get clean. Ease of Use Easy to use not a problem same as all coffee makers with use. Design nice design somewhat too large. Durability is durable and works well.

We use this for church once a month. It keeps our people happy to have fresh hot coffee. As quick as we make it, it goes into the thermos (6 pots - 3 reg and 3 decaf) and we turn out another pot of coffee. Brew Performance We are able to keep up with our demand after all our masses using this machine - pot after pot after pot without fail! Ease of Cleaning not much to clean so it's very easy to maintain - we scrub it down after each Sunday Ease of Use This is super super easy to use - my kids are trained - they can make the coffee while we tend to other things. And... they started brewing at 7 and 9 yrs old! Design I like having the warmer on top! I can have a pot waiting while the other is brewing so I have extra to keep everyone happy Durability We've had it for many years and still working fine
