I like hot coffee without that cooked/burned taste.

When our old 10-year old Bunn began leaking, my husband wanted another Bunn and I wanted something with a thermal carafe, having had coffee at work for years in carafes. The old 10-cup produced just enough coffee to fill 2 of our big coffee cups. It's great to be able to get up later than my husband and still have 1 cup of coffee left in the caraffe, and it not have that charred taste. It's not quite as hot as when first brewed, but still hot enough so there's no need reheat it.

2 minutes to fresh hot coffee!!

I love the fact that you can have a fresh cup of coffee in 2 minutes. I also like the thermal caraffe and no warmer to turn off and on. Another thing I like about Bunn is that they stand behind their product. If it has any problems, they will fix it and send it back to you or give you a new machine. I wouldnt use anything other than a Bunn coffee-maker.
