Heaven in a pot.

Bunn B10 Coffee Maker —
After going through three or four coffee makers, last year my husband and I decided to go shopping for something that might last more than a year. Since he drinks at least one pot of coffee per day, we needed something that would hold up. Browsing through the shelves in Target, we came across a Bunn coffeemaker with a steel thermal carafe. We decided to buy this coffee maker. At first we were thrilled with the Bunn. After all, it made a pot of coffee in just a minute, and the thermal carafe kept the coffee hot for hours! Unfortunately, after a frew months, the spout on the pot began to dribble coffee down the sides when you were pouing coffee. We tried washing and wiping the lip of the pot off, and still it leaked. I went onto the Bunn website and found out that some other people had found this to be a problem also. I contacted Bunn's customer service, and they informed me that there had been a defect in the earlier pots, but the problem had been corrected, and they would send me a new pot right away. The pot arrived shortly after, and we have had no problems since! We love our Bunn!Last edited on Mar 11, 2008
