This is a super fast, awesome brewing coffee pot. Have had 2 over the last 6 years. We use it 24/7. Pot after pot, people in the house coming and going. I love that when I am running late, or forgot to set the timer on coffee, I still get instant hot coffee, soon as the water goes in. The last one we just replaced, the area that holds water had a slight leak, but I believe that a "grumpy" member in the house was responsible for that. Get one, it is worth the money!!!
