Bunn 12 cup Review

I use my Bunn to make coffee and hot water.  I use the hot water for hot chocolate and cup-soup as well as putting a large tea bag in the basket to make hot tea.  Then I pour the tea over ice to make brewed iced tea.  If the hot tea looks weak.  I put the basket on top of the ice and run the brewed tea over it again.  Always hot water available and brews fast.  We have had a bunch of coffee drinkers at one time at our house and it heats so quickly, we've been able to brew another pot as one empties.  One negative feature - if coffee grounds or tea bag is not in pot and top closes, the machine will begin brewing as soon as the water top closes because of using carafe to measure water.
