I have been using cloth diapers since my son was born (he's 2 now).  I'm a full time working mom, so I made the choice to use a diaper service and diaper covers, which works quite well for us.  We bought about 7 or so covers, and rotate through them, washing them as needed, and we let the diaper service handle the big messes.

These waterproof covers have very few cons! They are dad and babysitter friendly, they come in cute prints and we've NEVER had a leak while our daughter had one on. My only (small) complaint is that they seem to get 'pilly' around the velcro tabs rather quickly. Other than that I really like these covers. I highly recommend them!

I bought a set of cloth diapers with six Bummi Super Whisper Wraps, and I have been mostly happy with them. For certain, they are GREAT at controlling leaks. They fit with regular old prefold diapers great, and the overlapping flaps are a great idea. The biggest problem I have with them is that it seems that EVERY time my baby poops, it gets on the diaper. And because the interior is not PUL (like in the Bummi Super Brites) it's impossible to just wipe it off without smearing it everywhere. Bummis Wrap Diaper Cover diapers are the best diaper covers I have used so far. They are durable, easy to use and leak resistant. They are bulkier than other cloth diaper covers I have used (even bulkier with cloth diaper inside) but they also hold in more. If you have ever had to change a really messy diaper you know this can come in real handy.

Bummis is my favorite diaper cover for our 2 month old. We've tried three different covers from our diaper service and these easily take the prize! They contain messes extremely well and wash clean. I also love that they are machine dryable (the others we tried weren't!) The double-velcro closure is great; I always know it's on securely, and the cloth texture is so nice!

Much less expensive than other covers and it holds up much better.  I got a bunch second hand and they still prevent all the leaks.  Cute patterns, although I wish there were more.
