Bumbo Baby Sitter Seat Review

Originally, I had not planned on buying a Bumbo Baby Sitter Seat. I believed it was too expensive and completely not worth the investment. Boy was I wrong! I gave in one day and bought one (for around fourty dollars) when my son was two and a half months old. When I brought him home, I let him try it out just to see what would happen.
Well, he hated it at first! But the more I put him in his Bumbo, the better it seemed to get. In the beginning, he just hunched over and cried after just a couple minutes. Now, he is much stronger and can sit in the Bumbo contently for twenty or thirty minutes (with toys of course). He is now four months old and is almost sitting by himself alone, and I have to thank the Bumbo for that. He gets a lot of practice by sitting in there!

I always watch him closely when he is sitting in it - I don't want him to fall over or out. It could use a safety strap, but since I'm always around, I guess it is okay. So far, there have been no escape attempts so he is safe but I am prepared (hopefully!) for that day to come. I definitely recommend the Bumbo to other moms.
