Pros

    No cover needed, available in a variety of colors & white, hot water safe - up to 120 degrees!, easy to put on, Dad friendly, contains blowouts, closet thing to disposable

we use mostly prefolds and covers, but these are my favorite diapers when we are out and about.  My husband even loves these diapers!  they wash well and keep my son dry overnight.  The only con is that I don't think they would fit a newborn even though they are one-size.  They didn't start to fit my son until he was close to 11 lbs.
