The filling is good, but the whole wheat pasta isn't so great.

I feel ambivalent about Buitoni Whole Wheat Chicken & Prosciutto Ravioli. I expected to really like it, so I guess I set myself up for disappointment because it's not at all what I thought it would be like.

Whenever I buy pasta, I buy whole wheat pasta for the health benefits, and it always tastes good. It is more dense than regular pasta, but in no way gritty like the Buitoni Whole Wheat Chicken & Prosciutto Ravioli was. The texture was not good at all. It seemed like I was eating soggy pieces of cardboard that disintegrated in my mouth. I do have to say that the filling was tasty...
