Lots of Parts but great purpose!

4

I really love this stroller when we are out and about. Right now, we are at the point where we simply clip the carseat onto the stroller base. The base fits great into our car. I am concerned however when we want to use the pram - there are a lot of parts that we need to load into our car, and we need to bring our SUV to fit all the pieces.

Great stroller

5

I have this stroller and is great. I love it. It is so easy to handle the stroller. It turns very easily and it even has suspension, so when I am walking with my baby through a bumpy street she doesn't even feel it. She is very comfortable and safe. Also I can use it for a long time and if the wheels wear out, I can just buy new ones. I am loving it! I have had it since my baby was born and I was able to adjust the zip belt on the car seat as she grew. I was also able to take all the fabric apart from the car seat and wash it, it was easy to do. Another thing that I loved about it was the bassinet, because I could go out for hours and she was able to sleep comfortably in her bassinet. I also got different color of fabric, so after I am done using it with my daughter I can use it with the next child I have and if it is a boy I can just change the fabric to whatever color I want. It has many features that I am still discovering.

a friend had this stroller for her daughter and i loved the way it looked so me being pregnant i had to get it.but luckily i got it at my babyshower!i was so happy i had heard alot of good things from friends and they were so right.i love the craddle and how my son falls fast asleep in it,it feels so comfortable.i love how you can switch the stroller to face you or to face away from you.sometimes my son is fussy and i have to sing or talk to him and i can do this easily when he is facing me.i know this stroller is quite expensive but i think it is so worth it.the only negative thing i can say it is pretty hard to close up when i want to put it away and it is quite big.it doesnt fit in many tight places.

Bugaboo Cameleon is worth every penny

5

While the Bugaboo Cameleon Stroller is certainly more pricey than any other, in my mind, it is worth EVERY PENNY!!! First, the basinett feature is great for a newborn and even provides a safe place for him to nap (as long as parent is watching).  Also, my son was a premie and had bad jaundice when he was first born. The doctor prescribed 2 hours of "sunning" a day - but it needed to be safe sunning, from indoors.  We placed him in the Bugaboo by the window, which helped us to heal him day by day.  Once the baby grows, the regular seat is good too. The tires go over anything - snow, rain, mud, bumps on the sidewalk, etc.  Also, the bars are sturdy and adjustable based on mom or dad's height. There is a convenient storage basket on the bottom and it comes with a rain cover as well.  Plus, the best part is the colors are easily changeable without replacing the whole stroller - so if your next child is of another gender, it will be easy to replace.

The Bugaboo Stroller was the right choice for us

I gave my husband the task of picking out the stroller we would get when we found out we were expecting.  This is the one he landed on, and it has been a really good fit for us.  My only complaint is that it really doesn't have as much room for storage as my friend's strollers, but we rarely use it for anything but taking walks.  It is great on all kinds of terrain, and is easily switched from baby facing momma to baby facing outwards.  Another fun feature is you can change out the colored portion of the stroller (you have to buy another color, but it is still cheaper than having to buy a whole new stroller for boys vs girls!) - we picked yellow hoping that it would last through all the kids we have.  It maneuvers beautifully, much better than other strollers I have tried.  Now, the bassinet carrier for this stroller is something I didn't use except for a couple of times.  My baby much preferred being nestled in her carseat, so we got the attachment parts that allowed us to attach her peg perego carseat to the stroller.  We used that until we upgraded to a forward facing carseat and then started using the seat that came with the bugaboo.

I used to think this was a great stroller

Before my son was born, this was the stroller that I had to have.  It was the best stroller that every first time mom dreamed of having someone buy for them.  And I did - my grandmother proudly bought her grandson the "mercedes" of the strollers.  It was great for the bassinet piece and countless times he fell asleep in the basinett.  The comfortableness of the stroller is great as well.  But it requires 3 sets of hands to collapse, takes up alot of room for travel, is difficult to fold up to put in a taxi or bus quickly if you live in the city.  It takes up alot of room in the trunk of the car that could be used for other things.  We went on vacation last year when my son was 8 months old.  I didnt want the bugaboo to get ruined by traveling and we a bought a city mini baby jogger.  I love this stroller- it is a one hand collapse and folds up much better.  We still use the bugaboo for walks around the neighborhood - I love to watch my son look at me and say mammamama.  But for car rides - we only take the city mini baby jogger.

Solid

After MUCH research I decided to spring for a Bugaboo stroller before my daughter was even born. One of my main motivations for purchasing a high end stroller like this one was quality. A friend of mine told me that she had already been through 3 mid priced strollers in only two years, and that she wished they had just gotten a good one to start with. She said that they ended up spending even more money on replacing their old ones. This stroller is solid and feels very sturdy. I like the way that it is kind of a hybrid between a traditional stroller and a jogging stroller. I jog with it on a decomposed granite track all the time and it does great. I have even taken it off road on trails a few times and it does pretty well. The only thing is that it is top heavy and on uneven terrain I have to work hard to keep it from tipping over to the side. That, and the high cost are my only gripes.  Early on I learned that when setting it up you have to lift the handle FIRST before potting open the part with the wheels. If you do the wheels first then the handle won't lift up. I had some very frustrating moments early on before I realized that. It's big, but still collapses to fit into the trunk of my VW Jetta.

Bugaboo luxury stroller for baby

5

I wanted this stroller forever! I finally got it with my second baby. My husband thought I was crazy for spending that much and then he pushed it. We had a 3 yr old when the baby was born and got the footboard for him to stand on. What a great idea!! Especially for his age. We get so many compliments on it and hear people talking about how neat that is. I like that this stroller can do many different things. We used this with our Maxi Cosi car seat. The only negative about that is that I felt like it was a process to attach the adaptors and then put the seat in but it looks much easier with a graco car seat. The bassinet is also a nice feature too although we used the regular seat as well when going into restaurants. We would just sit it on the floor while the baby is sleeping. I love that you can face the seat forward and facing you. We went with the cameleon because we were planning to use it for the footboard as well so this gave more room for our toddler. I also like that you can switch out the colors of the car seat and the attachments like the fleece footmuff!!

This sweet thing may be pricey but worth every penny!

This stroller rocks!   It definitely is a high-end stroller (in terms of price and quality) but it is worth it.  If you live in a place where you will walk everyday, it is definitely a great buy. We used this bug for 2 kids over 4 years and it still is rolling.  We pounded the bug every which way on Chicago streets and it survived everything.  Plus, when you have a baby in a car seat, it attaches right onto the stroller in 2 seconds.  We used the bug as a bassinet as well and it worked great and saved us money.  We even travelled with it on planes, cars, buses, etc and it was very easy to fold and move around. I was skeptical when we bought it but I have to say it was one of the best buys when it comes to our kids.
