Budget Rental Car Review

Budget Rental is the most unethical, unprofessional and has the lamest customer service ever!  At Orlando airport, we stood in line for over an hour to get the car that I had rented online.  The intermediate car that I chose was $204.74 and I wound up with a gold Mustang costing 379.74.  The Budget rep says I have a really great deal for you in fact I'm ashamed for anyone to see it....so, he writes it on a piece of paper and shows it to us along with a picture of a blue Mustang.  The rate of $175.00 was on the paper and I knew that it was less than what I had agreed to...I said "Oh, that's nice".  NO MENTION of an UPGRADE!  I know what an upgrade is and trust me I would never have agreed to that. I never signed anything, agreement was in my name, credit card was in my name, and my husband initialed where told.  The next day I look at papers and see that approximate charge is $520.71.  I called 4 or 5 times and actually got to speak to someone on a couple of occasions.  I left 3 messages with NO response.  I called corp customer service and was told that they couldn't address problem until after contract ended.  On Monday following the end of contract....I emailed Budget customer care and this is Wed. and you guessed it...I STILL haven't heard from them.
