I had rented car from Budget Chicago airport OHare. The guys are pretty rude upfront anyways. You think you saved maybe 10-20 $ by going with these cheap companies but in reality you will pay 20-30 times what you saved in case you have any problem and need customer service with these guys.

I think thats how they loot customers. Pay them cheap deals and once people rely on them thug them !!!

Any problems with car like car stuck on road, spare keys etc you ll pay extraordinary amounts not to mention the hassle of doing everything on your own.

Also these guys didnt make it easy for me, there were nearby locations and these guys made me tow the car all the way to airport.

If you think you got a good deal, think again !!!

I remember one of my experience with Enterprise where due to my fault the car got stuck and those guys were so nice even with my fault those guys gave me car for free coz I was stuck on road.

For all the people dont know what risk they take when they go with cheap companies heres something to think of.

I ll never ever go with BUDGET again !!!!
