We were at the Budget Rental at Fort Lauderdale airport last night and that was the worse customer service I've ever seen. Long line with at least 50 people in line and three counters open. On top of that the manager would periodically come out of her office but she didn't help any customers. We were in line for 1 and 30 minutes. After we finally got our vehicle and we were leaving the area, the person that was checking the paperwork at the gate for budget had the worse attitude and as we were driving up he just sat there in his chair and looked at us like we were disturbing him. There definitely needs to be some customer service training at this location,starting with the manager. Very poor and unprofessional service. Where is the accountability?
