worst ever . Morgan at the Altamonte Mall couldnt have made me feel like more of a heel if she tried. I walked in just looking because the store always seems to have new stock. it was my first visit to this location. i have been to others in the area. I was made to feel completely ashamed of myself for wearing the brand of jeans into this store that YOU sell. I was made fun of by this woman by saying that she " never heard of BKE jeans" As i moved toward the shirts , i was told that i was "inspecting " them. I have spent several hundred dollars between clothes for myself and my wife on things from Buckle. Morgan is probably the worst sales rep in ANY store I have been to including Buckle

Although I have used them, this is not my favorite store to shop at. The main reason is their high prices, but I have not always been pleased with the look of some of the products that I have received either. They look a bit better in the stock photos on the website than they do in real life. Ease of Use The "most popular" category does not show the price until you click on an individual product, which makes it take much more time to sort through the available options. In addition, I have found that it takes more time to sort through their products than on other similar stores that I have shopped at, even in the categories that do list the prices up front. Product Pricing Although I have found the occasional good deal (which is when I have used this site), most of the products are ridiculously overpriced. You can get the same quality products from other stores for much lower prices. Customer Service Customer service has been helpful when contacted with questions about the look of their products.

My Niece loves shopping at Buckle. Seriously I think I could buy her anything from this store and she would be very happy. I no longer have one buy me so for all her holiday and birthday gifts I go online to Buckle.com and buy items for her. The website is so easy to use and they offer a wide variety of clothing options. She really loves their jeans so that is what I typically purchase for her but I still enjoy occasionally browsing for different cute items. Ease of Use The website is very well organized and is categorized perfectly. Product Selection Buckle.com offers all the merchandise that is offered in store plus more. You can also always find the sizes you are looking for online. Product Pricing Buckle and Buckle.com have fairly reasonable prices compared to other similar children clothing stores. Customer Service I have never had to use the customer service for Buckle.com. Shipping and Returns Shipping and returns are quick and easy.

Buckle.com is a great alternative to actually going to their store. I'm not sure how The Buckle near everyone else operates but at my local employees will drive you nuts! They really want their commission and refuse to go into their store because they constantly follow me around and keep suggesting items I should buy. I prefer to order online so I am not hassled and I can shop in peace! I also find their prices to be a little lower online than in the store. You can get special online only discounts and their sale section is great, Buckle.com offers a huge variety of clothing for women, men, and children. They have good quality brands at average prices. You can find some really good deals in their sale section though, which is where I usually shop first. They have a wide range of styles also. I know people who have more of a "country" clothing style and they love The Buckle, then I know people like myself who have a more "alternative" style and I also love The Buckle. It's nice that they offer clothing that fit more than just one specific clothing style. The site is very simple to navigate. You can search by specific brand, which is nice because that's what I do when I order jeans from there. I don't have to search through their entire jeans section, just simply click the brand I want. Their shipping can get a little steep sometimes but I have always gotten my order pretty quickly so I guess the extra money is worth it.

I like the large selection that Buckle offers. They have a little but if everything for all sorts of styles. The clothes are of good quality material. I often use coupons for extra discounts and they have a good selection of clothing based in prices. Some clothes are a bit high in price, but again you are getting great quality. The closest store near me is over an hour, so I would prefer to shop online. They do charge for shipping unless you have a coupon code. I would prefer free shipping with a certain amount in purchases. Shipping time from date of purchase is within a week or so unless you choose expedited shipping, which is a bit high in price. I would avoid paying for expedited if you can help it. I like how they offer clothes for all occasions, dress and causal. They also have a children's line and clothes for women. They have a huge assortment for everyone, whether you are shopping for a gift or yourself.

Buckle.com is so addicting because of everything they have to offer! I don't really like to go into the stores because their clothing can get pretty expensive, but I do love the website because I can go straight to the sale section and just look and look for as long as I want to. It is great because they tend to have a large sale selection and are always running some type of promotion that they typically aren't running in the store. I also like that I can find items that are slightly less than perfect and pay less than half of what I would be paying in the store. The shipping is also great and it never takes too long for the products to arrive on my front door step. I would highly suggest knowing what size you were in a certain brand before making the online purchase though, just because the sizes vary so much between the brands that the Buckle offers. I would highly recommend this site because it is easy to use and they have such a huge variety of clothing available on the website!

Great brands and prices This online store is my go to store for finding denim jeans because of the great prices that they have. Once you know your jean size and have your own favorite brand, you would want to get additional offerings from the same company. Because of this, I always search online for the best prices and often end up at Buckle.com. They are very competitve in their prices and have a huge selection of jeans that I like. They have a wide selection that is avaliable, but not as much as the stores itself. They also have free gift wrap all the time, which is perfect for gifts! I love the primo card, which allowed me to save $10 off my purchase, which provides additional savings. It's a very easy to use layout that I have no troubles navigating. I highly recommend this website to others and if you are a denim fan, you will probably be shopping here on a regular basis!

Buckle.com is a VERY good website for trendy, quality clothing shopping. I live in Nebraska where the Buckle stores originated, so I've been shopping there all my life. I only recently started ordering online instead of buying in-store for a couple of reasons: first, the selection online is MUCH larger, especially range of sizes, and secondly, you don't have to deal with the pushy salespeople! Shipping is fast, especially if you are a buckle black card holder and get free shipping! Each item is typically shown in a variety of angles, usually worn on a model as well. They also have customer reviews so you can see what other people think of the item. This is ESPECIALLY helpful for someone who is tall like me, to see if tops are long enough, if jeans run short, etc... They do tend to keep prices pretty high, but after some time things will go on sale and clearance. If you're a dedicated shopper, you can get some amazing stuff for next to nothing. I feel it's worth it to spend $100-$180 on the perfect pair of jeans, though. IF you aren't happy with the purchase, or doesn't fit properly, you can return by mail or to a store (unless it's a final clearance item or factory second, due to the deep discounts) which is easy enough, but again, I don't like to have to deal with the pushy clerks.
