We have owned a couple for years. Holds up after numerous drops. Wish it kept coffee hot all night but it's still a good product.

I have the 52 oz. mug that leaks. After contacting them I was told I had to wait 4-6 weeks for a new one, well that came and went contacted them again and I have to wait another 4-6 weeks for a new one. I would never buy anything from them again. Customer service is terrible!

I have used this mug for three months, coffee stays hot for hours. Ice last all night in it. Label says it keeps cold for 12 hours, I have had ice in my mug over 16 hours, much longer than advertised to be. I had coffee hot enough to drink after being in my Bubba mug eight hours, two hours longer than advertised.

I actually own the 34-oz Bubba Mug, but I love it! My husband and children bought me my Bubba for Mother's Day to replace a plastic mug I had used for years and was in utter disrepair. The Bubba mug has a superior design and is of excellent quality. I don't see this guy falling apart anytime soon! It's thermal qualities are amazing - my cold, icy water stays cold (and icy) for hours. The lid secures tightly and the coverings for the holes at the top are also very secure (I don't have to worry about tipping!). At the same time, the holes are large enough to fit my favorite metal straws, which I love. Everything about this mug is perfect for my needs - a great mug for carrying around the house to stay hydrated, to always keep close by with less worry of spilling than from a simple cup and large enough in capacity to keep from having to re-fill constantly.

This is a great all day mug for cold drinks. It is huge and keeps drinks cold. However, the lid is very difficult to screw on, so you really don't want to open and close it much. If they could just fix the lid so that it screws on flat and easily the first time, I would say this is a perfect mug. I bought it for the beach so that I could have a cold drink all day and not have to go back to my apartment for refills. It is a winner on that front and does what I need it to do!

I love this mug. I can put a whole pot of coffee plus cream and sugar in it at 6am and it stays warm until at least lunch time. It does not change the taste of the coffee like some metal containers can!  I have also used it for cold drinks in the summer and even in the hot hot sun it keeps sodas and drinks very cold. It even keeps ice from melting too fast so that your drink doesn't get watered down!! Very good product and fairly inexpensive. Good for long road trips too!

My husband uses the Bubba Keg cup for coffee in the morning.  It is great for keeping coffee hot and holds almost a whole pot.  It comes in many different colors and styles.  We unfortunately, have two, one metal in color and the other brown textured to resemble a football. I hate this cup as it is not dishwasher safe and I can't get it entirely clean.  My husband uses cream and sugar in his coffee and it seems that there is a white residue on the cap that I can't get off.  I don't know if it is the cream that is leaving it or what, but it won't come off.  I would love to just throw it in the dishwasher, but it is not dishwasher safe.  There is a sealing ring in the inside of the lid that keeps coming off and has to be pushed back in with your finger nail, BUT it has to go in a certain way cause there are ridges.  It is also a nasty brown color, probably from the coffee, that won't go away. It is also so big that it won't fit well in the cabinet with the other cups.  Everything had to be rearranged so that it wasn't sitting on my counter all the time. I hate this cup, but gave it two stars cause my husband loves it.

The Bubba Keg is really fun! We recently went on our honeymoon and read tons of reviews on our resort. Almost every review said to bring your own drinking container or Bubba Keg since the bartenders will fill any size container for you. We chose the Bubba Keg 52oz, large I know. But we didn't have to keep going back to the bar for those 6-8oz plastic cups every 5 to 10 minutes. Not only that, its easy to clean for, waterproof so you can take into the pool or ocean and floats! I chose the green and my husband chose a black one so we didn't get them confused. I will be using this at my next party and bbq. Cheers!
