I have always purchased pineapple in the can in either chunks or slices. About a year ago, my youngest son, now seven, became fascinated with whole pineapples when his aunt had one at her house. She cut him a piece and since that time, the canned pineapples are no longer good enough for him! I figured that if I now had to buy whole pineapples, I had better have something to slice and core them with. I found the Brylane Home Pineapple Corer-Slicer for around $12.99 and it has been a Godsend!

I love fresh pineapple, but have always had a difficult time coreing and slicing it up for meals or just to eat. Now since buying and using this "Brylane Home Pineapple corer-slicer", my family and I are eating at least a couple of fresh pineapples a week. The pineapple is sliced to perfection, and it is now so simple and fast to do. You don't have to worry about using any knives with sharp blades that can slip and cut you. The pineapple rings are all perfect in size and shape, no odd knicks or chunks taken out because the knife slipped. They make a beautiful arrangement on my dishes...

evert three days because I go through them so fast. It is so easy to use. The first time I used it I couldn't figure it what to do at the end because it didn't come with instructions, but after that, I go through them like a breeze now. Love it!

This is the best gaget, cuts pinapple in perfect rings~ no waste; the shell holds the pinapple juice & can be used to serve too, very Lauau festive~ I love it and strongly recommend it to anyone that buys fresh pineapple, I swear you'll love it too.

It looks like a neat little tool, but I get more pineapple and better slices doing it the
"Old Fashioned" way. Just use a sharp knife.
