Brut Antiperspirant Deodorant Review

Deodorant is a universal need and it’s a product that takes on several different forms. Some people prefer gels. Other people prefer stick. There are even some who would like to turn back the hands of time to the day when spray was popular. My personal preference is gel, but I will sample other forms when the opportunity is right. One stick deodorant I tried recently is Brut Anti- Perspirant Deodorant, a deodorant with the familiar brut scent. 
 
Deodorant Commentary:

Brut Anti- Perspirant Deodorant is a white colored, stick- style deodorant with a scent that offers the smell of brut- just like the aftershave, only a little milder. The product offers both odor protection and wetness protection and it utilizes its special ingredient Trimax, which helps keep you dry and odor- free. The formula is powerful enough to keep you free from odor and wetness for a full twenty- four hours. 

Like I said above, my deodorant preference is gel, but much like any consumer good, I am always game to try something new. My motive to buy this product was its very low price- a price that was reduced even further by using an in- store coupon. The combination of reduced price and coupon lowered the price to an amazingly low cost of less than one dollar. With a cost that low, I figured I should give it a try. 

Well, the experience is behind me now and I'm afraid that Brut Anti- Perspirant Deodorant doesn’t make the grade. This product claims that it goes on clear, but it most certainly does not. I don't know what product they were testing, but Brut Anti- Perspirant Deodorant actually leaves a white residue that not only shows up on the skin, it even forms a residual layer around the edge of the container's cap. Why the manufacturer would claim that this deodorant is invisible, I do not know. 

Brut Anti- Perspirant Deodorant does offer a decent scent, even if it isn’t as strong as others. It also performs well at controlling odor. It doesn't cover the odor as well as some other deodorant products mainly due to the fact that the scent is so mild. Depending on the weather and how much you sweat, this product may or may not stop the odor. haven't noticed any sweat formation at all when using this product, so it certainly earns some points in this area.   

Bottom Line Viewpoint:

With its many problem areas, Brut Anti- Perspirant Deodorant is a below average product that gets a few things right but fails in others. Its price is very low and it does keep your skin dry. But etness protection. But I cannot get past the manufacturer's claim that this deodorant goes on clear and even though it's inexpensive, it doesn't last long at all. It adds up to a less than stellar deodorant product that earns a thumbs- down rating from me.
