This toothbrush is surely not among the softest of bristles, and may leave your mouth and gums sore the first few times you brush. Not recommended for children, elderly or otherwise sensitive mouths. However, once you get used to the feeling and perhaps break it in, it does the job well with an exceptional result. Teeth are cleaner and appear whiter. Upon going to the dentist, teeth are said to have less plague and buildup, for an overall healthy mouth, as desired for any toothbrush. It is a good value for the money, although slightly more expensive then other power toothbrushes, but you get what you pay for and this one gives great results. The battery life is excellent and lasts well longer than other power toothbrushes I have tried. The bristles also last a lot longer than expected. They gradually soften up but they do not bend or break or become any less effective. It is made well and quite durable. Performance/Cleaning Very good performance, teeth appear whiter and cleaner and my dentist noted I have less plaque and build up. Durability Bristles do not bend or wear out, though they gradually get softer with repeated use (thankfully!) Battery life is long and overall the toothbrush will last you much longer than the average six month brush.

My brushpoint toothbrush got moldy under the brush head even tho I dried it upright.  When i contacted the company they said they would send me a refund.  That was several months and 3 emails ago.  Still no refund and no response to my emails anymore from the customer service rep.  I WILL NEVER BYE ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
