Ah, the infinite variety and boundless cornucopia of great whole grain breads! My latest experiment was Brownberry Whole Grains Oatnut Bread, a delicious loaf baked from dough which contained among other things whole wheat flour, oats, sugar, hazelnuts, and sunflower seeds. It remained moist and flavorful down to the last slice.

read full review »I like my toast. In watching my weight the past year I've given up a lot of bread, but I won't give up this bread! I might eat just two slices a day but it is delicious, filling, and good for me. I like that there is no corn syrup used in baking it since I am convinced corn syrup is part of my weight problem.
