Brother Multifunction MFC-465CN printer Reviews

I just purchased this to replace our HP 712C so anything was an improvement but I am so happy with this printer.  I read reviews and did my research before ordering.  I have not used all the features as of yet but the print, scan and card reader features are all excellent.  I see that Mac users have had troubles with this printer but I am a desktop PC user and I've had no trouble at all with this unit.  For right around $100 this printer will hopefully last for several years which is partly why we decided on it.  It has wireless ability which will likely be the… read full review »

First, the black ink comes out as dark gray at best, even when printing in the best mode. And print time is not fast. The most irritating thing, though, is that the scanner will not work with my new iMac. I specifically checked for Mac compatibility before buying this printer, but I guess it is only compatible through Tiger. It does not work with Leopard.
