I love the printer, but now I am getting and error message that will not allow me to print because some sponge inside the computer needs to be replaced. Of course this cannot be done yourself, you have to call in a technician at an ungodly rate to come and replace the sponge to allow your printer to work again. Unbelievable that you have to call in an expert to fix a stupid sponge for a home office individual printer. Copy Quality Sometimes good, sometimes slightly faded.
