The Brother MFC-7420 all-in-one is a great printer, scanner, and fax machine. I have one in my office, just implored a relative to purchase one, and my business partner has one too. I scan everything and am very pleased with the quality, simplicity, and effectiveness of this Brother machine. The only trouble I've had deals with the fax from PC feature. I had to print my fax, take the paper from the out tray and place it in the in tray. Prints business cards very well - I just printed 30. This machine gets an At from me!!

I don't know what I would do without this machine. As A teacher it is an invaluable tool in making my job a lot easier and less stressful. I can send a fax late at night and make those last-minute copies without any problems. The toner cartridge lasts a very long time(three months or more depending on use) and isn't very expensive. Excellent scanning resolution. Nice printing quality's. No problems with paper feed. I used to have HP a few years back and those machines were horrible with feeding the paper — The only disadvantage: it has a multifeed for copying or scanning, but when scanning several papers it stores it in several files.
