Except you have to buy Brother Ink ONLY, no compatibles.

Pros

produces Outstanding Photos, Color Scanner, Compact for an All-in-One, Fax, inexpensive

Cons

uses multiple cartridges, Can't handle cardbord or magnetic paper

The machine itself is excellent. The printing is great and the scanning and copier are very good too. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to buy Brother ink. You can't buy the compatible. I used it and when I called "Help" they had me go buy all Brother ink and replace the ones i had in the machine with it. Then I was to call them back. It turned out I had the machine for two years and the print heads went bad. I never got to use the Fax so I don't know how that works.

All in all if you can afford to buy the original ink it is worth buying the machine.
