I don't know if it's me or the model, I have 2 other Brother machines, but this machine is giving me nothing but trouble. It is an embroidery machine, but it doesn't seem to be as heavy duty as the other machines. This is actually the second one I've had in less than a year. the first one was in the shop at least 5 times before they replaced the machine. Now 3 months later I'm having the same issues as with the first one. So I don't know why it's such an issue, I've contacted the place where I purchased it, and I'm waiting to see when I can bring it into the service center. When it works it works like a champ, but I must be over working it.
