Brother CE-5000PRW — 

About a month ago I bought a Brother CE5000 Limited Edition Project Runway Sewing machine. I researched online, read reviews, and searched the stores for the best deal. Surprisingly this machine is pretty economical for all of the extra's it has to offer. I really enjoy the self threading option, built in light so I can sew in the dark. My eyes are very sensitive and I tend like to watch tv while I'm sewing so I can do that with the lights off and see everything perfect. Its light weight enough that I move it all around the house and put it away in the closet after each use. For a beginner sewer there are more stitches than you will ever try out (87 stitch patterns in all) and am glad I didn't spend more to get additional stitching that I thought I would long for once I bought this one. Its really not necessary. The LCD read out took a little getting use to but after reading the book for a quick minute, I understand and everything else was pretty intuitive. I had it out of the box and sewing in about 20 minutes and that is for someone who hasn't touched a sewing machine since middle school. This is a great machine. Even as my sewing improves I don't think I will upgrade to another because of how much I love this one. I would recommend and buy this exact machine for anyone without hesitation even an experienced sewer. Now if we can just get these things to come in fun color options!
