I started shopping at Brooks Brothers around ten years ago but after moving cities there was no location near me and I had to start shopping on their website. The website is very organized and has a very classy look to it. You can find mens, women's, and children's clothing. The clothing is very well made and will look new for a long time. I purchased a black sweater and it kept its black color with five years of wearing. The dress shirts have a clean and crisp look and have a classic style that won't look dated. The non-iron dress shirts come out wrinkle free right out of the dryer. Product Pricing The prices for clothing are really high however, the clothing quality is excellent and you will get good use out of it. There will frequently be sales especially end of the season sales which can give you some really good deals on clothing. Shipping and Returns Shipping isn't at a flat rate so it is determined by how much you order. The prices aren't readily displayed so you have to check-out before you can actually see your order total. The best way to go is wait until there is free shipping so you can avoid the extra $10 or more on top of your order.

The Brooks Brothers website is fine but I feel like I am paying top dollar for quality items and am turned off by the shipping cost. One $98 four ounce shirt costs $11 to ship standard US Mail?? I just feel taken advantage of. And, they aren't clear what their shipping charges are on the site (their shipping rates are not clearly posted) and then when you check out it shows an estimated shipping charge (does that mean they can charge you more???). It rubs me wrong. So, I prefer to use their website as a catalog and I pick what I want to buy and bring it to the local store. If for some reason they don't stock my size or have the exact item I want (which does happen often) they will arrange to ship it to me at no cost. For some Brooks Brothers customers, money is no object but I enjoy getting quality and value. I can't recall getting any free ship promo codes and I'm guessing they assume their target customer simply doesn't care about a measly shipping cost. Well, some of us do!

Brooks Brothers has some really cute clothing, but when I don't want to drive the hour it takes me to get to a store I shop at www.BrooksBrothers.com. It is a really easy website to navigate, and even if people aren't too familiar with the internet I don't think they would have problems using this site. The site is not too cluttered like other websites, so you don't have to look thru a lot of pages to find exactly what you're looking for. On the home page, there are links to different departments including womens, mens, kids, sale, etc. Once you select your main department, there are even more breakdowns to get you to exactly what you're looking for. BrooksBrothers.com has very nice clothing with very detailed descriptions, so you can find out anything you could possibly want to know about a piece of clothing. There is also a nice option of "remember this" on the site. If there is something you may want to purchase but aren't 100% sure about it, you can click on "remember this" so you know in the future that there was an item you wanted to buy. The check out process is not complicated at all, and the clothing ships quickly. Everything I ever bought looks exactly the same in person as it did on the website.

This past fall, I started doing my Christmas shopping for my husband. he was really in need of some nice shirts. I had looked around online at several places and wasn't really finding what I was looking for. I stumbled across a sale that BrooksBrothers.com was having and was excited to see what they were offering. The website was very easy to navigate and I was able to narrow down my search to find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buys 5 dress shirts, and 3 polo shirts for my husband, to be shipped to my house. I got free shipping with my order and they were at my house within 5 days. He was very happy with the shirts, and I didn't need to return any of them. Ahh, Brooks Brothers. How I so wish we had a store near us. Until then, we order online and go to their outlet stores, which are quite a drive for us. Brooks Brothers website is easy to navigate. Also, once you know your size for their clothes, it is easy to reorder similar items online. This is a very classy company. Their products are very high quality. You can bet if you purchase something from this store, you will be satisfied. Their customer service is also something to brag about for this company. We could not be more satisfied. The quality of the items, their logo, their unique items, their wallets, their ties, and their bowties is wonderful!! I know anytime I need a present for my husband, nothing makes him happier than seeing this box!! If he is happy, I am happy. The website is also appealing to me. I find the items easy to purchase. I have never had to return anything to this company, but if we had to, I am sure they would be wonderful about it! Their prices are higher then a lot of stores, but so is the quality. Most of their items are timeless pieces that will provide years of happiness. I would say it is a good investment.

Brooks Brother's the go to for Men's Ware! This is the store that I purchase from when I need to purchase a gift for my dear BF! This is simply the epitome of male fashion. They have very nice suiting options, dress shirts, and ties. Even though they are a more classic store, they still carry some modern fits. While the online store is quite decent to order from, I do prefer the in store service and assistance that they provide. Essentially they provide 5 star customer service. But we are here to talk about the e-commerce platform that they run. It's a very good user interface that allows you to sort by color, pattern, and fabric types as well. If you know the style of the jacket, you can sort by that as well The problem is that these items are very expensive and so you don't know whether or not it would fit properly or if you will like it without trying it on. It's a bit of a stretch this way and because of this, order online once you get your sizing down right Once you do, you can make use of the online promo codes that are found on RetailMeNot and obtain additional savings!
