At 11.5 ounces, they are not ultra light but the support and shock absorption more than make up for the slightly heavier weight of the shoes, say our runners and walkers. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 7 provides durable support for serous runners. The best feature of these shoes are the support for those who over pronate moderately. What is pronation? Great Walking shoe!!

This is a great walking shoe. Anything with a flat bottom with support is great. Even a running shoe is great for walking. Walking shoes are limited to only walking where running shoes are not limited. Running shoes even have more cushion and support for me.… read full review »

I actually work in a retail store, and am a current runner. One day a representative from Brooks visited our store and ask me why I wasn't wearing the "Brooks" brand. My answer was - You know I'm not really familiar with the Brooks brand and beside I've been running with these Asics for years now. Why should I change. i bought these shoes for my daily walks i go through so many shoes that i have put plenty of wear and tear on but, when i bought these i thought they weren't going to last just like the others these shoes have been through so much such as walking, just wearing them out and about and i haven't had no problem with them. i have had them for two months now and there is barley a crease in them i like them cause there light weight and they don't hurt my knees from having to much weight on them. they support my every step and they are so comforable i wear them almost every wear i go… read full review »
