I bought this very TV over 6 years ago. It has an amizing picture for a TV of its size. It is very durable, very long lasting. I cannot say enough about this TV. It doesn't use much electricity. It has good sound, easy to use. This is a must have TV for the kitchen, or kids room!! Again, was and still is and amazing value!!

Excellent sound with no picture. What? This is so upsetting I purchased 32 inch television and less than 5 months I am without the $400.00 television I purchased as an upgrade for my new house and that is past disappointment, on top of that I have warranty 12mnths labor 12mnths and carry in service only the store which i purchased the television from broksonic would not allow them to service the television so i can't use the carry in service and repair locally I live in Georgia and their repair center is in New York and they told me that I had to ship it to them and that they would fix it there...

Broksonic CCVG-3276 LCD TV
After six months, the screen goes black after a minute of operation. The sound continues until a channel change is attempted, then it goes out as well. Power cycling the unit will work for shorter periods of time, until it does not come on at all. It is indicative of a component overheating or protection response.
This was a very disappointing purchase. The company only services the TV in NYC so you will have to ship it back there at your own expense in order to repair the unit. And, only parts will be covered, so you will also have to send Broksonic a check...
