British Airways —
Flight from Detroit to Amsterdam (and back)was ok.. altho we had to sit somewhere else, because we couldn't sit together. We had a 2 year old at the time... so they moved us to first class. That was a nice move, but the area had not been vacuumed.... At the arrival back home, the luggage was there, but not the stroller (that we had bought a week before we left). They sent the stroller though a company, that simply "dropped off" (literally!!) at the beginning of our driveway. The stroller was damaged, parts were missing, cloth on it was ripped...It is VERY hard to get ahold of people at BA, so we gave up on that after a while. Not a good experience for such a big company. Won't be flying with them again, unless we have to.
