Installing with latch or a seatbelt is fairly easy, for both rear and forward facing. It has built in lock offs, so you don't have to worry about always losing the locking clip (as happened with our other car seats). Harness tightening and loosening is super easy, and buckling is a snap as well. The harness straps velcro to the side of the seat so they are out of the way when you put baby in. No more digging underneath your child for the straps.
This is by far our favorite car seat so far, and definitely worth the money! That said, if you only have one child or your children are spaced far apart, I would recommend a taller seat with a higher weight limit, such as the Britax Boulevard. As my 3rd and 4th are only 1.5 years apart, the Roundabout has been getting plenty of use, and I liked it so much I just bought the Britax Regent for my 3 year old.
