Britax Roundabout —

fairly decent in quality, features and safety. better than most other car seats and not bad price wise either. having worked at a baby goods store, this is a pretty solid car seat for infants in the middle stage of car seat usage. the only downside to this particular car seat is its price tag. there are other car seats available with more bang for the buck. chicco in particular makes a really good car seat for toddlers and infants in this age and weight group.
